This incarnation of the site has been up since August, 2015.

My main reason for writing is as a form of self-therapy.
However, I also hope that by doing so – and bringing the information that I’ve learned about my mental illness, along with various other things in life – that other people will appreciate my efforts, and possibly even learn something that is useful to either themselves or for someone they care about.

I hope to add a lot more content in the future, for myself and for your viewing!
